My Love Of Pop Culture

In my house we have a lot of Pop Culture fans so today I am showing you how to incorporate a love of Pop Culture into your Craft Fantastic projects! I am using the Retro Square Bracelet in Black, Fantastic Glaze and Glue, and Fantastic Super Sticky Dots.
Pick out your images and create your own image sheet. When you are creating an image sheet keep in mind you want to use images printed on cheap copy paper, not photo paper or gloss paper or other fancy paper. Truly basic copy paper is fine to use. You can print out images using your printer at home. Most printers work well for this. If you run into an issue you can take the images to a copy center such as FedEx and get them to make copies for you.

This particular bracelet uses eight images. Apply Glaze and Glue to the flat side of the jewelers glass and place on the image sheet images you want to use in your project. Hold until they grab. Let dry and trim around the glass. Then place Fantastic Super Sticky Dots into the spots on the bracelet where the glass will go and then stick in the glass pieces.

Super easy right? And look how fun this is!!!!

I hope you like this project and pick your favorite images and give it a try! I can't wait to see what you create!
Hugs,
Judy

Bridal Party Wedding Gifts

Hi everybody! Kim here from My Kraft Kloset sharing with you a few beautiful projects just in time for bridal season for some very special people you've asked to be a part of your wedding party. Show your bridesmaids just how special they are to you with these amazing gifts they will treasure for a lifetime.

Craft Fantastic products allow you to personalize each gift for each bridesmaid using their initials, birthstone, favorite color, a family tree for a sister, cousin or special family member, hearts, a Celtic type knot, roses, butterflies, angel wings and so many Charms to chose from to customize each bangle bracelet.

Let's get started:

1.  Choose from hundreds of Craft Fantastic images, which is always the hardest part, because they are amazing. But for this project I wanted something vintage and traditional and selected the initials of each bridesmaid with these wonderful alphabets: TINY ALPHABET #1 all tiny jeweler's glass sizes and TINY ALPHABET #2 all tiny jeweler's glass sizes

2.  Add a few drops of Fantastic Glaze & Glue on the back of a mini glass round and press gently onto an alphabet image for a few minutes until set. Wipe off any excess glue around the edges with a Q-tip.

3.  Once dry, cut around the glass and cut out the alphabet image.

4.  Adhere a Fantastic Super Sticky Dot to a chosen tray. Remove red sticky dot backing and place glass alphabet into a silver or antique brass tray, as shown below. If your using a tiny or mini bling, like these "birthstones" then there is no need for glue, just adhere the bling directly onto a tray with a super sticky dot.

5.  As you can see above, some of the tiny trays have circles on each end. One to hang special Charms from with jump rings and the other to attach with another jump ring to slide onto a bangle. Add a tiny bling of color in the center to match their birthstone.

Add a special note, like this one below, that I typed up on my computer and printed on cardstock to accompany each treasured gift. And don't forget the bride, make one for yourself with a little something old, new, borrowed or blue too!

Bangles are so pretty alone or stack a few of them together and have some fun.

See how lovely these are in antique brass with these Charms: Celtic type knot, tree of life from nature set, heart, dragonfly, butterfly, and a cute little button.

Voila! There you have several uniquely personalized gifts to say "thank you" to those special people who've decided to stand beside you and your groom on your special day. They will love these! I do! Don't you?

Thank A Teacher - Gift Ideas

Hi everybody! Kim here from My Kraft Kloset sharing with you a few unique projects to say "thank you" to some very special teachers using these beautiful products from Craft Fantastic. To honor and celebrate our teachers for National Teachers Appreciation Week/Month.

As the school year is winding down you still have plenty of time to order these amazing products and make several handmade gifts for all the special teachers in your kids life. I've been told by some teachers, who are my friends, that they get TONS of gifts at the end of the school year. So I wanted to do something different and unique and this is what I came up with...a gift card holder that holds flower seed packets and a special handmade necklace she couldn't buy in any store.

To make the Flower Seed Holders:

1.  I started with an empty paper towel holder,  cut in half to give me two pieces for my flower seed holders, and press down flat. I like to recycle or upcycle, but you could use cardstock with this free printable template to cut out your own box that measures about 4 x 5.5" or 6 x 4." Or if you have a pillow box die cut or SVG that will do too.

2.  I used a whole sheet of *NEW* Seed Packets images, which measures 4 x 11" and cut in half at 4 x 5.5" makes two perfect patterned paper panels to match my project. Great for two teachers. Wrap the sheet around the paper towel holder and adhere the panel with Super Sticky Dots, because you want your project to hold together and these work great.

3.  Then I used various paper scraps to create a "band" to wrap around the box for interest and decoration. Adhere with Super Sticky Dots, add a "thanks" sentiment with stickers, and decorate as shown in the picture above and below. Add flower seed packets to complete. Don't you just love these images? So brightly detailed for teachers, Mother's Day this Sunday, May 13th,  or the gardeners in your life.

Next how to make the necklaces:

1.  I started with an APPLE PENDANT KIT  that includes both an antique brass and silver apple trays, two apple jewelers glass, and silver and brass necklace chains. And also used a couple of  SMALL SQUARE PENDANT TRAYS in silver and SMALL GLASS SQUARES to match.

2.  Next choose from hundreds of Craft Fantastic images, which is always the hardest part. I really love them all! Or make your own and mix them up. I choose a teachers printable sheet from the internet and printed it on plain white copy paper at home.

3.  Cut out the apple image and added a couple drops of Fantastic Glaze & Glue and adhered it on top of a script image from the *NEW* Seed Packets imagesas shown below, to create a unique collage. Allow to dry before adding glass.

4.  Once dry. Add a few drops of Fantastic Glaze & Glue on the back of a Glass Apple piece, press gently for a few minutes, and hold until set. Wipe off any excess glue around the edges with a Q-tip.

5.  Once dry, cut around the glass and cut out the image. Adhere a Fantastic Super Sticky Dot to the apple tray, remove the red backing, and place glass image into the tray and a chain to complete. Aren't these apples precious?  I just love them! Don't you???

Repeat the steps above to make the square pendants.

Voila! There you have several uniquely designed gifts wrapped in their own handmade packaging to show your appreciation of a teachers great work with our kids or for having a fabulous school year. "Thank You, Teachers"

Be sure to check out our *NEW* Designer Kits-of-the Month and get started designing special gifts or keep a few for yourself, because they are stunning! The possibilities are truly endless with these super fantastic products! Thanks for stopping by!

Enjoy The Little Things With Craft Fantastic

Hi Everyone! I don't know about you but this time of year seems to get really hectic busy crazy. The school year starts wrapping up, dance recitals, summer plans, etc. Well my daughters are both very creative and know mom is a creative junkie so if they come across things that might be useable in a project they will save these things and give them to me. In this case, one of my daughters came across this really pretty page in a magazine with beautiful flowers and so she tore it out and left it on my crafty desk saying thought you might like to use this in one of your projects. Well I really loved this page and the flowers were all so perfect. So perfect in fact that I didn't want these beautiful flower pictures to get lost under a collage layer or lost in a background.

I chose a simple Large Oval Pendant Tray and a Large Oval Glass, some Glaze and Glue and some Super Sticky Dots and created this beautiful pendant! Just add a chain and presto!
I hope you have enjoyed this simple project and can't wait to see what you create!

Hugs,

Judy
