ADDING AN IMAGE TO A PIECE OF GLASS

A NOTE ABOUT THIS MONTH'S KIT: August's Kit-of-the-Month contains several DUO SIDE TRAYS. These beautiful trays contain an indentation on the back and the front to house a piece of glass. The finished piece showcases twice the artwork as a regular tray making it lovely from any angle. The added glass also makes the piece feel substantial and luxurious. 

BUTTERFLY DANGLE NECKLACE

Ingredients:

30" Rolo Chain

24" Rolo Chain

Mini Round Duo Side Charm Trays (3)

Mini Round Glass (6)

Cut Out Butterfly Charm

Cute Butterfly Charm

Large Jump Ring

Small Jump Rings

1. Select images and add them to the glass cabochons using Fantastic Glaze & Glue. This piece contains Duo-Side Trays so there will be twice as many glass pieces to put together as trays. 
2. Using pliers, remove the lobster clasp and the tiny jump ring from the 30" Rolo Chain and the 24" Rolo Chain.
3. Using scissors, cut the following lengths of chain from the 24" Rolo Chain....2 3/8", 1 1/8", 1" and 3/4". 
4. Attach a Small Jump Ring to each of the loose ends of the 30" Rolo Chain. String the Large Jump Ring through both of the Small Jump Rings.
5. Attach a Mini Round Duo Side Charm Tray to the Large Jump Ring using a Small Jump Ring. This is the center of the dangling elements. Lay out the necklace on a flat surface to attach the remaining pieces. 
6. Attach a Mini Round Duo Side Charm Tray to the cut length of Rolo Chain measuring 3/4" (the shortest piece). Attach this piece to the Large Jump Ring using a Small Jump Ring. Position it to the left of the center tray that is already attached. 
7. Attach the Cut Out Butterfly Charm to the cut length of Rolo Chain measuring 2 3/8" (the longest piece) using a Small Jump Ring. Attach this piece to the Large Jump Ring using a Small Jump Ring, position it to the left of the center tray, between the two trays that are already attached.
8. Attach a Mini Round Duo Side Charm Tray to the cut length of Rolo Chain measuring 1 1/8" using a Small Jump Ring. Attach this piece to the Large Jump Ring, positioning it to the right of the trays that are already attached. 
9. Attach the Cute Butterfly Charm to the cut length of Rolo Chain measuring 1" (the last piece) using a Small Jump Ring. Attach this piece to the Large Jump Ring, positioning it to the right of all of the trays that are already attached. 
10. Add a Fantastic Sticky Dot to each side of each tray. Remove the red backing to expose the adhesive. 
11. Firmly press the appropriate cabochon into each side of each tray. 

LARGE OVAL BUTTERFLY PENDANT

Ingredients:

30" Rolo Chain

Large Oval Duo Side Pendant Tray

Large Oval Glass (2)

Hobnail Butterfly Charm

Large Jump Ring

Small Jump Rings

1. Select images and add them to the glass cabochons using Fantastic Glaze & Glue. This piece contains Duo-Side Trays so there will be twice as many glass pieces to put together as trays.
2. Using scissors cut the 30" Rolo Chain in the middle, opposite from the end where the lobster clasp is located.
3. Attach the V Connector  to the loose end of the 30" Rolo Chain using Small Jump Rings.
4. String the Large Jump Ring through the bail of the Large Oval Duo Side Pendant Tray and close the ring using Pliers.
5. Attach the Large Jump Ring and Large Oval Duo Side Pendant Tray to the bottom loop of the V Connector using a Small Jump Ring.
6. Attach the Hobnail Butterfly Charm to the Large Jump Ring (next to the Pendant Tray) using a Small Jump Ring.
7. Add two Fantastic Sticky Dots to each side of the Large Oval Duo Side Tray. Remove the red backing  from the Fantastic Sticky Dots to expose the adhesive. 
8. Firmly press the cabochons into each side of each tray. 

LARGE ROUND BLING PENDANT

Ingredients:

30" Fine Ball Chain

Large Round Duo Side Pendant Tray

Large Round Glass (2)

Tiny Round Ornate Tray

Tiny Round Glass Bling

Cute Butterfly Charm

Small Jump Rings

1. Select images and add them to the glass cabochons using Fantastic Glaze & Glue. This piece contains Duo-Side Trays so there will be twice as many glass pieces to put together as trays.
2. String the Large Round Duo Side Pendant Tray onto the 30" Fine Ball Chain.
3. Attach the Tiny Round Ornate Tray to the 30" Fine Ball Chain using a Small Jump Ring.
4. Attach the Cute Butterfly Charm to the 30" Fine Ball Chain using a Small Jump Ring.
5. Add two Fantastic Sticky Dots to each side of the Large Round Duo Side Tray. Remove the red backing  from the Fantastic Sticky Dots to expose the adhesive. Cut a Fantastic Sticky Dot into a 1/4 piece and add this piece to the Tiny Round Ornate Tray. 
6. Firmly press the cabochons into each side of each tray. Firmly press the Tiny Round Glass Bling into the Tiny Round Ornate Tray.

BUTTERFLY SLIDE BANGLE

Ingredients:

Slide Bangle Bracelet

Small Square Duo Side Charm Tray

Small Square Glass (2)

Scallop Tray

Small Round Glass

Hobnail Butterfly Charm

Small Jump Rings

1. Select images and add them to the glass cabochons using Fantastic Glaze & Glue. This piece contains a Duo-Side Tray so there will be two pieces of glass to put together for that tray
2. Attach the Hobnail Butterfly Charm to the Slide Bangle Bracelet using a Small Jump Ring
3. Attach the Small Square Duo Side Tray to the Slide Bangle Bracelet using a Small Jump Ring.
4. Attach the Scallop Tray to the Slide Bangle Bracelet using a Small Jump Ring.
5. Add a Fantastic Sticky Dot to each side of the duo side tray and to the front of the Scallop Tray. Remove the red backing from the Fantastic Sticky Dots to expose the adhesive. 
6. Firmly press the appropriate cabochons into each of the trays. 

BUTTERFLY DUO SIDE EARRINGS

Ingredients:

Mini Round Duo Side Charm Trays (2)

Mini Round Glass (4)

Long Ear Wires

1. Select images and add them to the glass cabochons using Fantastic Glaze & Glue. This piece contains Duo-Side Trays so there will be two pieces of glass to put together for each tray.
2. Attach each Mini Round Duo Side Charm Tray to a Long Ear Wire. 
3. Add a Fantastic Sticky Dot to each side of the duo side tray. Remove the red backing from the Fantastic Sticky Dots to expose the adhesive. 
4. Firmly press the appropriate cabochons into each side of the trays. 

CUTE BUTTERFLY SLIDE EARRINGS

Ingredients:

Cute Butterfly Charms (2)

French Ear Wires (2)

1. Attach each Cute Butterfly Charm to a French Ear Wire.
